Total Response software is updated with a major feature release once per year. Minor feature releases with enhancements and bug fixes may be provided on an as-needed basis.
Protocol and procedure content in Total Response is updated separately from the feature releases. The Protocol and Procedure Review Committee (PPRC) meets regularly and finalizes changes and additions to our off-the-shelf protocols and procedures package. Changes are compiled on a periodic basis (typically once per year) to create a new edition of this content. Existing Total Response sites with a current maintenance agreement are eligible to receive this updated edition.
Emerging trends in public safety occasionally result in a release of new protocols or procedures that are distributed to agencies on an as-needed basis.
