I can’t log in to the Training Portal.

I forgot my password or I’ve requested a new password but never received an email with one.

You can go to education.powerphone.com.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on this main login page by either putting in your username or your email address (not both).

An email from siteadmin@powerphone.com will be sent to you with your credentials.

(Please make sure that email address won't be stopped by your agency's firewall.)
