Total Response is customizable and allows agencies to tailor the software to meet their needs.

The protocols and procedures in our Total Response software are ready to be used off-the-shelf with no required revisions. However, we understand that every agency has unique policies, procedures, and response criteria that may benefit from revisions be made to our off-the-shelf content.

PowerPhone will work with you to identify the best path forward to ensure the protocols you use at your agency meet your unique needs.

Examples of revisions are:

  • adding or removing answers that apply or do not apply to your service area;
  • adding pre-arrival instructions that you are required to provide to your callers; and
  • modifying the response recommendation criteria such as CAD codes, priority recommendations, and recommended responder skill levels.

Revisions can be identified and inquired upon at any point during use of Total Response while your agency holds a current maintenance agreement.
