I am getting a message stating that the user is already logged into the system and I cannot login.

How to clear a user logged into the system: 

• Please log into the Administrator Module
• Click on Tools, then Manage Users
• Highlight the user that is stuck.  Then hit the "Clear Login" button at the bottom right.
